現在の研究テーマ		CALL and Learner Motivation
研究紹介		Towards a digital classroom: application of iPads in the ESL university classroom From the 2011 academic year, the Faculty of International Communication at Musashino Gakuin University implemented a policy introducing iPad as integral communication tools' for use throughout the curriculum. My research focuses on how this policy is actually being implemented. Focusing primarily on ESL classes, I am exploring how the introduction of iPads is affecting student learning experiences. I will introduce various iPad applications and other uses of the device, including social networking, presentation creation and student-centered research. In addition, I will examine student attitudes towards the technology and the possible effect on motivation and language acquisition.
